1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Best Liquidation Finds Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form or related channel.

2. Condition of Goods (Sold "As-Is")

Due to the nature of the liquidation business, all pallets, truckloads, and merchandise are sold "AS-IS" and "WHERE-IS" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either expressed or implied.

• Customer Returns: Items may be damaged, missing parts, out of original packaging, or completely non-functional.
• Overstock/Shelf Pulls: Items are generally in better condition but may have retail stickers or minor box damage.
• Mystery Pallets: Cannot be inspected prior to purchase and are sold completely blind.

3. Returns and Refunds

Because we sell liquidation and overstock merchandise at deeply discounted wholesale prices, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of buying liquidation inventory.

4. Purchases and Payment

We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards and bank transfers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Freight and shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer. While we assist in arranging freight, we are not liable for any damages, delays, or lost shipments once the merchandise has left our loading dock. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect freight deliveries and file claims directly with the carrier for any transit damage.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the site or the resale of our merchandise.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Best Liquidation Finds Ltd is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
