Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods
At Best Liquidation Finds Ltd, we aim to make purchasing wholesale inventory as seamless as possible. We currently accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover (Subject to a 3% processing fee on orders over $5,000).
- Bank Wire Transfer: The preferred method for full truckload purchases. (Wire instructions will be provided on your invoice).
- ACH / eCheck: Takes 3-5 business days to clear before orders can be shipped.
- Zelle / Cash App / Venmo: Accepted for smaller, select pallet orders only. Please contact support to arrange.
Payment Terms & Clearances
All orders must be paid in full before they are processed, staged, or loaded onto a freight truck. We do not offer net-terms (e.g., Net 30, Net 60) or financing at this time. If you are paying via ACH or eCheck, your pallet will not be released to the freight carrier until our accounting department confirms the funds have fully cleared our bank account.
Fraud Prevention & Verification
Due to the high value of liquidation freight, we employ strict fraud prevention measures to protect our business and our customers. If you are a first-time buyer placing an order over $3,000 via Credit Card, you may be required to complete a brief identity verification process. This may include:
- Providing a photo of a government-issued ID matching the name on the credit card.
- Providing a matching billing address.
- In some cases, paying via Bank Wire Transfer instead of a credit card.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any transaction that is flagged by our payment processors as high-risk or potentially fraudulent.
Sales Tax & Reseller Permits
Because we operate as a B2B wholesale liquidator, most of our buyers purchase items for the purpose of resale. If you have a valid State Resale Certificate (Seller's Permit), you are exempt from paying sales tax on your purchases.
To claim tax exemption: You must email a clear copy of your valid Resale Certificate to our accounting department before placing your order. If you do not provide a valid certificate, you will be charged the standard sales tax rate for your shipping destination.
Chargebacks and Disputes
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all liquidation merchandise is sold AS-IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company or bank regarding the condition of the items received. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be vigorously contested, and the buyer will be permanently banned from our network and pursued legally for recovery of funds and legal fees.
