PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Due to the nature of the wholesale liquidation industry, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds based on item condition.

All Sales Are Final Policy

At Best Liquidation Finds Ltd, we sell massive volumes of returns, overstock, and shelf pulls at a fraction of their retail value. Because of these deep discounts, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order is paid for and leaves our facility, we will not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

"As-Is" Condition

You acknowledge that you are purchasing liquidation inventory AS-IS and WHERE-IS. While we do our best to accurately describe the general category of the pallets (e.g., Electronics, Apparel, General Merchandise), we cannot guarantee the functional status of individual items within the pallet.

  • Customer Returns: May be defective, heavily used, missing components, or completely broken.
  • Overstock: May have cosmetic damage to the packaging or be out-of-season inventory.
  • Manifests: Provided manifests are estimates based on retail value and are not a guarantee of functional yield or exact item count. A small margin of error (up to 5%) in manifested quantities is standard in the liquidation industry.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, you must do so before the pallet has been staged and loaded onto a freight truck. Once the freight carrier has taken possession of the pallet, the order cannot be canceled. Approved cancellations prior to shipping may be subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of your pallet upon arrival for any reason other than documented, severe freight damage, you will be held responsible for the original shipping costs, the return shipping costs, and a mandatory 25% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from any potential refund or credit issued.

Freight Damage Claims

We are not responsible for damage that occurs while the merchandise is in transit. However, we want to help protect your investment. If your pallet arrives visibly damaged, crushed, or tampered with:

  • DO NOT SIGN the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) without noting the damage first.
  • Write "DAMAGED" or "SHORTAGE" clearly on the driver’s copy of the paperwork.
  • Take clear photos of the damaged pallet while it is still on the truck or immediately upon unloading.
  • You must file a freight claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide you with any invoices or documentation necessary to assist you with your claim.

Exceptions (Wrong Item Received)

The only exception to our All Sales Final policy is if our warehouse makes a critical loading error and ships you the completely wrong pallet (e.g., you ordered an Electronics pallet and received an Apparel pallet). In this extremely rare case, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof of the pallet and the pallet ID tag. We will arrange to swap the pallet at our expense.
