What is inside a mystery pallet?
Mystery pallets consist of unmanifested returns and overstock items from major retailers. While we cannot guarantee exact items, they typically contain a high-value mix of electronics, home goods, and general merchandise with massive profit potential.
Do you provide a manifest for the pallets?
Yes, for all non-mystery pallets! We pride ourselves on transparency. Any pallet categorized as "General Merchandise", "Electronics", or "Apparel" will come with a detailed manifest outlining the retail value and item count.
What condition are the items in?
Conditions vary by pallet. We clearly label pallets as Brand New/Overstock, Like New/Open Box, or Customer Returns. Customer Returns are untested and sold as-is, meaning some items may require repair.
Shipping & Logistics
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your pallet. We have negotiated heavily discounted freight rates with nationwide carriers. You can calculate your exact shipping cost at checkout before paying.
Do you offer liftgate service?
Yes! If you are delivering to a residential address or a business without a loading dock, simply select "Liftgate Required" at checkout. The freight carrier will use a hydraulic lift to safely lower your pallet to the ground.
Can I pick up my pallet locally?
Yes, local pickup is available at our main distribution warehouse. Please schedule an appointment with our support team at least 24 hours in advance so we can have your order staged and ready.
