Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing Time
Because of the volume and weight of our merchandise, all pallet and truckload orders require preparation before they can be shipped. Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days from the moment your payment clears. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Freight Shipping (LTL & FTL)
We ship exclusively via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and Full-Truckload (FTL) freight carriers. We have negotiated heavily discounted rates with top national carriers to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Transit times usually range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your distance from our distribution center.
Residential Delivery & Liftgates
If you do not have a commercial loading dock or a forklift at your delivery location, you must request a Liftgate Service at checkout. A liftgate is a hydraulic platform on the back of the truck that will safely lower your pallet to the ground.
- Residential Deliveries: Carriers charge a residential delivery fee. The driver will lower the pallet to the curb or the end of your driveway. They will not bring the pallet inside your garage, home, or business.
- Commercial Deliveries: Must have a loading dock or a forklift on-site to unload the freight.
Local Pickup Facility
We welcome local buyers! You can choose "Local Pickup" at checkout to waive all shipping fees. However, please adhere to the following rules:
- You must schedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
- You must arrive with a suitable vehicle (box truck, pickup truck, or flatbed). We will load the pallet onto your vehicle using our forklifts.
- We will not break down pallets for you to fit them into cars or SUVs.
Receiving Your Freight
When your pallet arrives, you must inspect the shrink wrap and the pallet itself before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading). If you notice any signs of severe mishandling, crushed boxes, or torn wrap, you must write "DAMAGED" on the driver's paperwork before signing.
If you sign the paperwork without noting damage, the carrier assumes you received the freight in perfect condition, and any subsequent damage claims will be denied by the freight company.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship directly within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, we can ship your order to a U.S.-based freight forwarder of your choosing. You will be responsible for all export documentation and forwarding fees from that point onward.
